【about the order】
Q: I would like to cancel the product I ordered. Is it possible?
A: We are unable to accept changes or cancellations to your order. If you have any questions, please check the inquiry form before applying. However, if the product you ordered is out of stock or unavailable due to changes in OCS or the product supplier's stock status, we may cancel your order for that product.

A All products will be paid by credit card.

Q Are there any customs duties or taxes?
A Customs duties and other charges may be incurred depending on the import customs decision of the destination country. If additional costs are incurred on-site, the customer is responsible for paying the full amount. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Q: I get an error when I try to register my credit card.
A You can use AMEX, VISA, MASTER, and Diners Club credit cards on this site.
Some credit cards issued overseas have restrictions on their use on overseas sites due to the security settings of your credit card company or bank, and cannot be used with Shopify Payment (this site's payment service). There may not be any. If an error occurs during registration, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please check your overseas usage settings with your credit card company or bank, or use a different credit card.

Q: Is it possible to pay in local currency?
A: Yes, it is possible. Although this site's prices are set in Japanese yen, you can pay in local currency using the exchange rate set by Shopify Payment (this site's payment service).

Q: What is the shipping method?
A It will be delivered by EMS (International Express Mail) (cargo tracking number included). Delivery location varies depending on local postal circumstances. We cannot accept requests for specific shipping methods. Please note.

Q: Can I specify the delivery date and time?
A: We apologize, but we are unable to accept requests for delivery dates and times.
